Trekking to Cala Goloritzé

hour and half. Difficult: easy; we recommend using sneakers or hiking boots. Leaving the Golgo, you walk along trails with guides. The starting point is the parking. From here you start the descent to the beautiful beach of Cala Goloritzé, part of the Marine Park and declared Italian National Monument in 1995. You can admire the blue sea and the dense vegetation that leads to the beach. |

Trekking in Gorroppu
Durata:
5-6 hours. Difficult: easy; we recommend using sneakers or hiking boots. Gorroppu, formed over 100 million years ago, with its height of 500 mt, it is the largest canyon in Europe. Gorroppu offers an absolutely panoramic view and fantastic nature. Getting to the throat is quite easy: descending from the town of Dorgali Oddoene to the area, it must continue along the valley of the Rio Flumineddu after about 10 kilometers you reach a junction near which there is a deviation to the right, marked an indication for Tiscali. Proceeding along this road to the bridge of Sa Barva,there is a sign showing the road (to walk) that going directly to the throat in about two hours. The periods most suitable for this type of trip are the spring and summer, in autumn, due to the rains and the consequent swelling of the river, the trail can become very dangerous. |
