Peonia is a 4 stars Holiday Home, the maximum of this
category, located little steps from Porto Frailis' Bay,
in the east side of Arbatax, and dipped in a beautiful
garden bloomed of approximately 1500 smq. Managed
directly from the owners, a lot attention to the
requirements of own customers, Villa Peonia maintains a
standard of high level with customers of several
tipologies, from the family with children to the
honeymooners or to solitary travellers finding in it an
oasis of peace and tranquillity. The constructive type
recalls the memory of an ancient villa, with roofs in
Sardinian goblets, "cotto toscano" and tipical sardinian
stones all inside. The villa is composed by 6 indipendent apartments divided
into three categories: one room; two rooms and attic.
Sober and elegant environments with vibrant colours that
takes up the theme of holidays characterize the 6
villa’s apartments (sleeps 2-4-6-8), all large size and
fully furnished of heating, air conditioning, digital tv,
iron-iron board, oven, washing machine,
fridge-freezer, cooking stoves, plates, hairdryer,
dvd player and small library. There are also outside
showers, parking, info-point, and touristic
information desk open during all the day.
Built conveniently close to all the necessary facilities
and places of entertainment but at the same time
affording the privacy needed for a tranquil holiday.
