Booking conditions:
In order to confirm the booking we need a bank transfer of 40%
of the
total cost with the
coordinates that will be communicated by the Direction.
For bookings 30 days before arrival we ask a 100% as advance
payment, excluded supplements and extras.
Key
Money:
€ 300,00
at the arrival by cash at the reception. Refundable at the
end of stay, after a verification of the apartment state. In
case of departures in a different time by check out time in
48 hours later by bank transfer only after the checking of
the apartment, decurting bank fees and damages.
Cancellation Policy:
* Reservations canceled before 30 days from the date of
arrival: 50% penalty.
* Cancellation less than 30 days from the date of arrival
and before the balance:
no penalty, only the deposit paid.
* Reservations canceled after the payment of the balance
from day 29 to 15 °
days from the date of arrival will be considered a penalty
of 70% over the deposit
already paid.
+ Reservations canceled 14 days from the day before the date
of arrival
cancellation fee of 100% of the balance over the deposit
already paid.
In case of no show or reduction of the stay will not be
entitled to
any rembursement.
All charges - in the case of client default - will be
applied directly
by the Direction.
All cancellations must be made by registered letter
to: Villa Peonia by Gr.In.Tur. s.n.c.

(invoice
if requested

booking).
Our rates
do not include:
Consumption
of
electricity,
gas
and
water,
bed linen
and
towels,
additional
appliances,
extra cleaning,
various rentals.
Remember
that:
All
services must
be
requested
in advance
and
paid
in
cash
upon arrival.
Services
required
after
arrival
(marked
with
an asterisk
*)
the
payment
can
also be made
at end of stay.
